[Dev] WinXP bug check

Can someone running WinXP please install the latest continuous build and then start Chandler by double-clicking on the created shortcut and also by double-clicking on the chandler.exe (or chandlerdebug.exe) in the <install path>\Chandler directory?

I need to double check that the manifest file is being setup correctly - thanks.
