Which is why I like Bonsai's ability to show me the set. Not 100%
foolproof, but has been pretty good. Bonsai uses the checkin comment to
show changes in several files as a single "set". You may need to tweak
the time period you are looking at, or limit to certain people, or files
or directories, when there were several checkins by multiple people in a
short period of time to see just one set. I can request Bonsai to show
me the commands to roll back that set, and to view the complete diff for
the whole set.
Subversion should make this a little bit easier, because it has global
revision number.
