It looks like branching is a go (thank you everyone!), and bear will run
the actual commands later tonight and post a message with instructions.
We will also have Tinderboxes for the branch (in addition to the trunk),
but this will mostly likely not happen until Monday. A message will be
posted to dev once this happens.
We are also trying to NOT move the build machines until after 0.5
release. There will be a message when they are going to be moved once we
get the actual date and time.
