[Dev] upcoming component updates

Over the course of the v0.6 development cycle, a number of updates to 
underlying technologies will be considered and possibly integrated into 
one of the following areas:

- internal/external source trees
- build system
- reference platform
It's possible that there will be some disruptions during the integration 
efforts, but the engineers responsible will do their best to minimize 
the difficulties.

The following updates will be undertaken in the next 1-2 weeks:
- SWIG v1.3.24 + Robin Dunn patch
- wxPython v2.5.5.1 + OSAF additions and patches
The following update has been completed:
- Unicode build
The following updates are being considered:
- Python v2.4.1
- Fedora Code 4 (or 3)
