I'll give someone $1 if they can figure out how to make work with the chandler build system. I installed the optimizing compiler, but for the life of me I can't figure out how our build system finds cl.exe. As a result, I can't figure out how to tell it to use the optimizing one (Which simply exists in another directory in C:\Program Files)
