I went through the received e-mails, the comments and the chad... Here's the official count:
+1: 6, 3 of those contingent on the removal of the "App:" prefix in components
-1: 0
I checked in person with the App team and no one has a super strong opinion on "App:" so:
. I will modify the spec (http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Chandler/BugzillaTracking) to take the "App:" suppression into account
. I will implement in Bugzilla today
