You will be getting some of the following during the Python 2.4 build:
In file included from ../Include/pymactoolbox.h:11,
from ../Python/mactoolboxglue.c:27:
/System/Library/Frameworks/QuickTime.framework/Headers/QuickTime.h:16: 2: #error "Your QuickTime Headers are out of date. You may already have new headers available here: /Developer/SDKs/QuickTime7Headers.pkg . Otherwise you can get the latest headers via Software Update or in the latest QuickTime SDK available from http://developer.apple.com/quicktime ."
As well as errors building Python/mactoolboxglue.c
I am tracking down the new Quicktime SDK (which also requires the latest XCode 1.5) and will let you know what exactly needs to be updated to fix this. Once I test it out I will be doing the same steps on the tinderbox server Ahukini but until then Ahukini is offline.
One question I have for the dev team tho is do we even need the mactoolbox glue code enabled in Python - do we use it?
