I mentioned WebSVN because I thought some people might find it useful
-- it's installed on our server, but we don't have resources
allocated to handle feature requests for it. I don't plan on
maintaining it much, aside from occasionally updating it to the
latest version. If someone wants to spend time adding features, that
would be great.
