I updated the iCalendar spec with a few more details about how some
of the Chandler event types ie: anytime events will be handled when
we export and import data.

This spec is very brief and I would also suggest you look at the
recurrence and timezone specs to get a bigger picture of all the
iCalendar work for 0.6.
