In order to fix bug 3387, I moved the core schema loading call into the
Repository.openView() method which is invoked when a view is
created and opened - which usually happens automatically - for a repository.
I changed all the code that loaded the core schema pack by removing that call.
If you have scripts that are not checked in that manually load the core schema
pack, please update them to no longer do so.
