I'm pretty sure it was a change I made this morning -- I used
run_tests.py and it passed, but it turned out to break the tests
under hardhat (I suspect it has to do with how hardhat changes cwd
before each test) -- so I have backed out my change, and the
tinderbox should go green soon.
