The plan for this Milestone Build is:
Today 12th July final check in's and bug fixes - all non milestone targetted code should be deferred Wednesday 13th July bug fixes only - all code should be reviewed by the bug council before commiting Thursday 14th July if the bug council has given the thumbs-up I will be doing the Milestone Build early and giving it to QA for approval
