I posted a blog message to
http://wp.osafoundation.org/2005/07/26/on-parcel-and-cpia-script-security/
on my ideas regarding CPIA script and Parcel security.

Briefly:

Basically we are not any different from the way Mozilla Firefox
extensions work.

The Mozilla project has some additional infrastructure to mitigate the
security risks, like the majority of people getting their extensions
from addons.mozilla.org. While this is no guarantee that there are no
bad apples, in practice it tends to work pretty well.

Once Chandler 3rd party parcel ecosystem takes off, we should launch a
similar service for Chandler parcels.
