fails with a 'Recursive schema item initialization' error line 1105 in
application/schema.py
- parcels/osaf/tests/TestScripting.py
fails with 'newParent cannot be None' when line 472 in
application/schema.py is run, parcel_for_module is returning None.
This is the same error, the first two unit tests above fail when lines
1028 - 1031 in application/schema.py are not commented out.
