Checkpoint 20050825. The testing for this checkpoint build was focused
on Windows, Mac and Linux. The focus will rotate from week to week.

* Bug:3855 - subscribed calendar doesn't show events in the
calendar view
* Bug:3849 - column header blanks out in the day view upon viewing all
* Bug:3864 - adding recurrence to an existing event creates the
additional events in a diff color
* Bug:3852 - Cannot drag events in the anytime area of the calendar
* Bug:3807 - Dragging events in the calendar in the branch doesn't
update
* Bug:3814 - Collection color not used when displaying several
collections
* Bug:3844 - Editing the event title leaves a "blue halo"

Calendar' collection

* Bug:3856 - Hit return after editing the recurrence end date

calendar wipes off the event
* Bug:3868 - export should handle recurring events
* Bug:3850 - Empty In, Out and Trash collections are changing
state when activating a calendar
* Bug:3854 - editing title in the summary view or editing
collection name blanks out the name
* Bug:3877 - Sidebar checkboxes should match the color of the
calendar.
