I have just completeed the last major i18n check in for the .6 release.
You will need to recreate you repository on your next svn update.
Highlights of the checkin include:
1. Migration of schema.String types to schema.Text or schema.Bytes
2. Deprecation of the schema.String type
3. Removal of str casts in Chandler code base
4. I18n improvements to mail service layer
5. Support for non-ascii CHANDLERHOME filesystem pathing
6. Support from non-ascii logging and repository filesystem pathing
7. Localizable exception handling
More details will be provided in an updated to the i18n documentation
early next week.
