Note however that I don't think it should ever be a keyword: keyword are
meant to characterize (tag) bugs, not for tem status. [havefix] is
definitely a temporary status and should be in the whiteboard status
(something erasable).
Note for people using [SWAG] that when you have a [havefix], you can
typically clean up the whiteboard of the previous [SWAG]

The bug council is finding it useful to have this status readily
available, and we'd like to experiment with having [havefix] in the
status whiteboard for those bugs mentioned above. We may make that into
a keyword at a later date.
