+1 on getting rid of hours worked from bugzilla and cleaning out the
hours to 0.

We were using it before, but seem to have migrated to the SWAGs in the
status whitebar. If there are no objections within the next 24 hours I
will see if I can just turn off the parameter (might be problems because
there are values in these fields, but we'll see).
I did a search in Bugzilla and we still have 75 bugs that have time
remaining to fix. This important because a bug cannot be resolved until
that is 0. So unless I hear objections I will change all of those to 0.
Then I can make it so that OSAF people (who were the only people
configured to see times) won't be able to see the time settings either.
