+1 on getting rid of hours worked from bugzilla and cleaning out the hours to 0.

We were using it before, but seem to have migrated to the SWAGs in the

I did a search in Bugzilla and we still have 75 bugs that have time
remaining to fix. This important because a bug cannot be resolved until
that is 0. So unless I hear objections I will change all of those to 0.

Then I can make it so that OSAF people (who were the only people
configured to see times) won't be able to see the time settings either.
