[Dev] 0.6 Branch today

I will be creating the Chandler_0.6 branch today. The branch will allow the final push towards m8 and the 0.6 release to continue along side the start of coding for 0.7

The actual branch will occur sometime around 10am PST if the tree remains green and the bug council approves. The Chandler source tree will be closed for the actual branching and will remain closed until one tinderbox cycle has happened to ensure the branch starts from a clean source. This closure is expected to last about an hour. The rules for committing to the Chandler_0.6 branch will continue to be the same: bug council approved bugs only with a review required. Any changes made to the Chandler_0.6 branch will need to be made to the trunk by the developer - contact me if you are unfamiliar with the svn merge command.
