I don't think developer docs need to be placed in the
chandler.osafoundation.org web; www.osafoundation.org/current/docs is
just fine. They'll be linked to from the wiki and from a 'developer
start' page in chandler.osafoundation.org.
I don't have strong opinions about this, other than I do think it would
be valuable to have dev docs in the distribution. Of course, this would
mean that we need dev docs to be updated in both the trunk and the
branch, and that we can't change them after the documentation complete
milestone (2 weeks after code freeze).
This of course doesn't apply to 0.6 specs. In particular I think this is
appropriate for the tutorial related docs and the architecture overview.
