It's a namespace for RSS intended to facilitate 2 way sharing.   


Yeah yeah, its microsoft, but it seems like its something we can't ignore...

It is CC licensed, although there may still be IP/patent issues buried in there.

Think of it as an XML markup for diffs, leveraging the popularity of RSS and the associated RSS infrastructure.

I'd suspect that you'll see this appearing in places like Google Base...
