[Dev] Length of PyCon sprints

It seems like we don't have a lot of momentum/desire for 4 days of  
sprints, so my proposal is that we have 2 days, Feb 27 and 28, where  
we are in the sprint room, sprinting on one of the topics mentioned  
already, or any topics that get created at PyCon.   If you want more  
days than that, please speak up by the end of Thursday.

I'd like to get this all wrapped up so people can book their travel.
