Although we did not reach all of our stated performance goals for 0.6 I
think it was great that we had specific performance goals and we had
really good progress in addressing those issues.

Now that we are on our way towards 0.7 we should discuss what kind of
goals we want to set for ourselves for 0.7.

In my opinion we should not regress from the numbers we achieved in 0.6.
In some cases I think it would be ok to hold the ground on some tests,
but mostly I think we should aim for improving the performance.

So, here's my first suggestion of performance goals for 0.7. Do you
think these would be reasonable? Too tight? Too loose? Alternate
suggestions?
