Exactly - I should have repeated the "(ppc binary)" part in the summary instead of just in the timing section header to make it very clear.
Building a native binary is moving very quickly - I had just found some magic configure flags when I noticed on the wx-dev list that Kevin had successfully built wxWidgets. Yesterday Trent (from ActiveState) also said that they were building Python native.
Won't be too long before I can generate native binaries and then next will be to get a "fat" binary created.
