Moved events collection from osaf.app to osaf.pim.calendar; removed
UIDMap (replaced with an index)
Also checking in Andi's patch to the NullRepositoryView's findValue
( ) method,
and added util/indexes.py which has a helper method for looking up
items in
an index by value. Both feeds parcel and ICalendar use this new
method.
I also meant to mention that the sharing parcel now no longer uses
libxml2, but instead uses ElementTree.
