Wow, that was a well hidden copy paste mistake... Ahem... I can create a new vote tomorrow, but as a result of debugging the rc2 release files are actually still there and now correct. The file you point out was also named wrongly, so essentially the correct file was missing, and I now added it, and the file you highlight shouldn't have been there, otoh it is actually a correct checksum of another file, just unnecessary but not failing. But I removed it obviously.
In other words, one checksum was missing but is now added. All the payload files are actually unchanged.
