hi, in the system standard salutation you can use these variables:
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME> <OTRS_FIRST_NAME> <OTRS_LAST_NAME> <OTRS_USER_ID> <OTRS_USER_LOGIN> is there a possibility to create a salutation like this: Dear <OTRS_CUSTOMER_SALUTATION> <OTRS_LAST_NAME>, ..... ?????
