Hi, I need to develop some things in OTRS and I would like your opinion about the time I spend to do that. I want to develop:
- add a permanent fields who have a statics value extracted from an
LDAP dir. (ie: I want to add the 'administrative entity' who have send
the ticket.)
- I would like to build stats:
- % per queue.
- % per entity who demand and per queue
- for each entity:
- % per queue.
