Have a look in /opt/otrs/scripts/auto_docbuild.sh for how we build the
docu.
We're currently using DocBook 3.1, but will be switching to something
more recent soon, probably latest 4.2 DTD. Tools for Docbook are the
db2x-utils (SuSE) and docbook-utils (RedHat), both available via rpm.
GemDoc will help you out on Windows.
