because of the growing community, we want to split the
OTRS beta program into two parts. The first part (beta1)
is announced on the dev-list. All further betas will be
announced on the announce-list.
So OTRS 1.3 Beta 1 available now:

to keep cookies in browser (after closing the browser) till
expiration of session (default is 0).

o new feature to use crypted database password option in Kernel/Config.pm
o improved utf-8 support
o improved database handling of large objects
o improved otrs LDAP modules with AlwaysFilter and Charset options
