Hallo, � I have a problem, with the Free Fields (freekey1 and freetext1)! In the OTRS Version 1.2.4 there is an alternative to define Drop Down List (freetext1) in the Module "Defaults.pm". I like to define these Lists with the Values 1 and 0, but OTRS don't accept the 0 value. He (the 0 value) �isn't advertised in the Drop Down List. The same Problem I had in the older version 1.1.3. Here I could set the 0 value (in a textfield) , but in the Database (postgres) an empty string ( ' ' ) was saved. If I insert the 0 value during a self programmed PHP Tool the 0 value is save correct in the database. Also if I insert 0 values in terminal mode, the value is save correct. Is there a problem with the freetext datatyp, if yes, where I can change the datatype, that freetext accept 0 values, if not, how�can I solve this Problem.� � Mit freundlichen Gruessen
