Hi,
I'm new here so excuse me if i do mistakes.
I have installed OSTR 4 on windows 2000 and I would like to know how i can change the queue's name ( when you read a ticket you can move it to another queue).
I want substitute "Junk", "Misc", "Raw", etc for Software, hardware etc ...
Do you have any idea ?
