Yes, you SIRIOS can be used for that. There will be a project site online soon: http://www.sirios.org SIRIOS is based on OTRS. You have to install OTRS first and add a special package for SIRIOS to upgrade the system. The SIRIOS opm package can be found here: ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/sirios/packages/SIRIOS-1.2.1.opm Install this package via the package manager of OTRS. All other modules can be installed later directly via a online repository.
