Well, perhaps DTL does mean Data Transformation Language, however,
since I sent this mail to the OTRS development mailing , *and* OTRS
has a templating language called Dynamic Template Language (DTL), the
chances are that I really wanted information on the OTRS DTL, and not
the other thing.

:-)

By the way, the URL that I was sent for dtreg gives me a blank page.
