Our preferred solution is to write a event module (http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.3/en/html/x543.html#ticket-module-event) which generates an entry in a Freetextfield with the name of the affected Building. And Freetextfields are usable in the stats generator. Otherwise you can implement a static stats (http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.3/en/html/x499.html#static-stats). I hope this helps.
