I had just renamed the "New" state to "registered" in status and "ZZZAuto".
I will try to rebuild the config.

Did you disable a ticket state, or can you try rebuilding sysconfig?

The reason of this issue as of my understanding is
"st.ticket_state_id IN
( )", there is no value in IN( ) but what is the reason behind this,
why
