[CANCEL][VOTE] Release Apache OzHera 2.2.6-incubating RC1

Hi all,


I would like to cancel the vote for Apache OzHera 2.2.6-incubating RC1.


We found some issues in the current release candidate and need to make further 
fixes before proceeding with the release.


I will prepare a new release candidate, RC2, and start a new vote after the 
fixes are ready.
