All the artifacts are getting release from a committed fork and PR is pending at
https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/2125 <https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/2125> This pending release PR has just the final pom.xml changes + release tag. Other than this, I believe all the other changes required for 1.1.0 release are already in the apache:1.1.0-RC0 branch. Once We get a Yes vote, this can be merged with upstream and would be in official apache:1.1.0-RC0 branch.
