Hi Ozone Dev,
As https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-8876 is being fixed,
there are no more blocker tickets for Ozone 1.4.0, we can start the branch
cut for the release.
Post the branch cut, this branch will be used for stabilizing the
release, and only critical bug fixes or essential changes will be merged
into it.
The branch cut is planned to operate *tomorrow*, should you have any
questions or need clarification on any aspect of this process, please feel
free to reach out.
