That's because they were really skipped, only build-info was enabled, like a draft PR. I just pushed another commit with all checks enabled, running now. > The current view [...] does not provide a link to the CI > result that actually matters when merging. That result is attached to the > last commit which is less visible. I think that's the same with pull_request runs currently, there is no direct link to the "Summary" page at the bottom of PRs.
