Hi all,

Hereby sharing an initial draft for the first incubator report.

Please share your feedback! This should be ready & submitted November 1st.

All should be able to comment and / or edit directly.
When we are all happy with the way it looks, we can submit it over at  
https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/November2017

I plan to do so Wednesday (which is November 1st -- the final deadline for  
submission).
