injust commented on issue #1756: hint_preload_subresources Example Broken URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-pagespeed-mod/issues/1756#issuecomment-370176323 As I previously understood it, the `hint_preload_subresources` filter only adds `<Link>` headers to resources that do not have rewritten URLs. However, https://www.modpagespeed.com/examples/combine_css.html?PageSpeed=on&PageSpeedFilters=combine_css,hint_preload_subresources intermittently gives a `<Link>` header to the rewritten URL. Is this intended behaviour?
