If I add this to my htaccess: `ModPagespeedFetchHttps enable,allow_self_signed` I get an Internal Server Error. I have disabled the redirect using this URL: https://www.ni-dieu-ni-maitre.com/?PageSpeedFilters=+debug&noRedirect=1
