Try to bypass the CF Cache. When you make request to your site w/o CF and see whats happend and solve any issue you had, then enable CF, but you need to configure some type of upstream cache. CF may store un-optimized or semi-optimized resources and serve it as the final resource thing. You are using some type of CF optimization tool, rocket-loader that may interfere w/ pagespeed javscript.....
