What value have the MOD_PAGESPEED_TAG? In v1.13.35.2, third_party/httpd/src points to some hash that start with 493b437 but in version v1.14.36.1 point to some hash that start with cef6805cb If you go to mod_pagespeed code and change the branch between 35 and 36, you can see that the hash that third_party/httpd/src point are diferent
