If yes, it´s normal behaviour, as far as you has configured pagespeed to fecht resources by http request. In this way, pagespeed makes a request to the resource from your local IP. As you can see the User agent for this request is `Serf/1.3.9 (mod_pagespeed/1.13.35.2-0` and thi´s the pagespeed user agent.
