But when used in other pages, the + sign stay here and the debug filter work. It doesn't seem to be caused by the .htaccess, I tried to delete it and I was still having the issue you mentioned. I also tried to disable all Wordpress plugins, and removing all pagespeed directives beside "PageSpeed On" and I was still getting the %20
