I'm aware of the httpd.conf and the .htaccess file. This AWS Lightsail instance uses bitnami which means the configuration for the .htaccess file is actually in: '/opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/conf/htaccess.conf' I was able to enable caching using this file but the 'Uncacheable content, preventing rewriting of...' error persists.
