Whit Apache you had the same issues with www and non-www sites. for SEO and Google bots is better a 301 redirect that having 2 sites with the same content 1 with www and 1 w/o it. And in your config the main problem is the pagespeed caching. You are working w/o any cache for pagespeed and the the result are impredectible.
