   Hello,

As my colleagues previously mentioned, unfortunately, cPanel Support is only
able to assist with inquiries related to, or caused by cPanel, or the basic
configuration of the bundled software. Since mod_pagespeed is not provided by
cPanel, the previous links and steps were provided as a courtesy.

The third-party module 'mod_pagespeed' is available via their official
GitHub Repository here: https://github.com/pagespeed/cpanel

Also looking at the server it seems that currently, Apache is running:
   [15:31:43 server root@93508003 /etc/apache2/conf.modules.d]cPs#
/scripts/restartsrv_httpd --status
httpd (/usr/sbin/httpd -k start) is running as root with PID 16552
(pidfile+/proc check method).
With that being said, I did some research and I was able to find these link
related to the error you are seeing: (The errors are in Apache's log file)

   https://github.com/apache/incubator-pagespeed-mod/issues/815
   https://github.com/apache/incubator-pagespeed-mod/issues/1053
   https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mod-pagespeed-discuss/mmPBxLgv_tM

https://netfocus.com.my/post/installing-apache-2-4-6-with-mod_pagespeed-on-centoscloudlinux-7-2-64-bit/

This seems to be a common issue with mod_pagespeed.

We want everyone who uses cPanel to have an amazing experience, both with
our software and our support. Sometimes that means pointing you to an expert or
external resource about your particular problem if it is not a cPanel-related
issue. I hope this information is helpful.
